First Time Log In | Password Reset

The first time you access CurtainTime, you will need to establish a password by using the password reset process.  You can also use these steps to reset you password any time you need.

  1. Click on or copy/paste the URL provided for your CurtainTime instance into your browser.
  2. Click the orange "Auth0" button.

Clicking the orange "Auth0" button should open a new pop-up window with the title "Log In | CurtainTime." If you don't see the new pop-up window, please check your browser's pop-up settings to ensure it's not preventing the window from opening.

  1. Click "Forgot password?"
  2. Enter your email address.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Close the pop-up window.
  5. Check your email for a message from info@curtaintime.com with the subject line "CurtainTime Password Reset"

If you're not seeing the password reset email, please check any junk or spam folders. If you're still not seeing it, please check with your IT department to see if it has been marked as junk or spam due to one of their organization email filters.

  1. Click the "Change your password here" link in that email.
  2. Enter your new password in both fields (same password twice).
  3. Close the window and return to the original URL provided.

The "Back to CurtainTime" button after successfully resetting your password does not return you to the correct location! Please close the window and return to the original URL provided for your CurtainTime instance.

  1. Click the orange "Auth0" button.
  2. In the new pop-up window with the title "Log In | CurtainTime," enter your email address and the new password you just set up.
  3. This should land you on your CurtainTime home page, where you'll see your logo and the menu across the top of the screen.
