Add Call Types to an Event
In order to track time towards an Event, you'll need to add at least one Call Type.
Beyond the first Call Type, you can add as many or as few as is appropriate or necessary for the Event.
For example, for a large Broadway show, you may need to add many Call Types to track the Load In, Rehearsal, Show, Load Out, etc. For a small rental event, you may only need to add a Work call.
Please keep in mind your organization may have different contract rules associated with specific Call Types. If you're not sure if this applies to you, please reach out to us for support specific to your organization.
To add Call Types to an Event, select the next empty line in the call types area and select a call type from the dropdown.
